Directed Social Media Week London: With Chinwag, Mel directed a week long series of events and collaborated with 50+ event partners and venues to create over 110 events with 8500 tickets sold. Sponsored by Nokia, JWT, Meebo, Conversocial, Market Sentinel, Globalwebindex and others.
Develop new business models: During of disruptive developments in the media industry, we brought the TV, games, film, software, new media and music industries together to create a new business blue print for a connected media industry via Onemedia.
Digital Horizons:Co-programme directed a series of seminars, in 2008, with cross platform themes including: Multiplatform exploitation, mobile distribution, TV innovation. In 2009 we programme directed a series of seminars including: Culture online, and future of technology and the Olympics. -Partners: Screen South, SEMN, Wired Sussex and Earthly Delights.
