Sandy Manuel, Strategist
Sandy has provided advice and support to FTSE companies, the Metropolitan Police Service; the largest employer in London and National Savings & Investments with 26 million customers and national charities.
Where appropriate he has provided business coaching, designed partnership frameworks, revised corporate strategies, designed innovation frameworks, introduced new web 2.0 tools to improve engagement both internally and externally. Achieving HM Treasury, Regulatory and Board approval for all new plans and strategies without losing staff goodwill.
All of the above is important but Sandy's approached is people-centred and his sense of humour enables him to create impassioned and invigorated teams, which allow companies to achieve their vision.
A lover of well designed stuff, Sandy can equally drool over a great piece of software, or a handcrafted sofa. When not checking out the latest gadgets or furniture, Sandy can be found whipping up a salsa storm on the dance floor.
