How many times have you been to a company conference and found that you get most value from the connections you make at the coffee hour? We redesign and deliver internal and external events for organisations who would like highly interactive experiences which explore big ideas, collaboratively, that deliver strategic results.
Case study: UNESCO-
Challenge: We were asked by the UK President for the United Kingdom National Commission for UNESCO to redesign the' Director General's Consultation' a biannual conference for the Presidents of 53 countries in Region 1. To move it away from the traditional 'monologue' approach and to create a more democratic, interactive process for all the countries to contribute.
Solution: We created a collaborative, interactive, bilingual democratic event to brainstorm the 100 most important issues and together, as a group, create a list of the top priorities that UNESCO should focus on. Each country had an equal contribution across all the subject areas that UNESCO covers.
Benefit: A final list of issues that each country had jointly agreed were priorities. By increasing interaction between the countries new solutions were created that were not possible in the traditional method.
